Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
We’re a one woman team here at BOY! We are dedicated to getting your orders shipped as soon as we can so you can get these lovely goodies as soon as possible - we strive to have orders shipped within (3) business days from order placement.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact hello@shopbankofyouth.com immediately if you wish to cancel your order or if your order was placed by mistake.
What is your return/exchange policy?
All returns are for store credit only. We do not offer returns back to the original method of payment.
Online order returns must be post-marked within (14) days of delivery. To obtain a return authorization number for your order, please contact hello@shopbankofyouth.com. Returns can be shipped back to the sender address with garments in the original packaging.
In order to receive store credit for your return, items must be unworn and in the original condition — no signs of wear will be accepted. Once your order is returned, we will process a store credit amount for you which will be sent via email.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and are non-refundable. We do not provide return shipping labels.
Customers are responsible for the item in transit until it we have received it — please keep track of your shipment tracking.
If you are in need of another size, or would like to send back your order for store credit to purchase another item, please contact hello@shopbankofyouth.com to receive a return authorization for the original item purchases. You may process another item using store credit once your original order is received and store credit is issue. Please refer to the “RETURNS” section above for online order return instructions.
If you receive your item and the garments are damaged in anyway, please contact hello@shopbankofyouth.com immediately. Store credit will only be issued or replacement items shipped out if damage is evident from origination and not shipment or transit. We want you to love your garments and be happy! So please contact us immediately if you receive a defective item.
Where are the garments produced?
All garments are produces in Los Angeles, California. All garments are produced in a small batch factory. Bank of Youth supports sustainable living wage and fair labor factories only. We believe in every workers’ right to a fair wage and standard of living. We do not, and never will outsource production to any facility that does not abide by standards that are fair and necessary to basic human rights.
What materials do you use?
All cottons used are organic and sustainably sourced. All polyesters used are recycled or dead-stock to mitigate the environmental effects of producing petroleum-derived materials such as polyester. All elastics and miscellaneous materials are sourced from companies that support fair labor practices.
My package never arrived?
Although shipping parties do a great job of getting your orders to you - the occasional shipping issue or delay may occur. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive. We will do our best to resolve this and track your order. In the event that your order is lost or damaged in transit and can’t reach its final destination, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve this and get a new order shipped to you!
Why do I have to pay CA sales Tax?
BANK OF YOUTH operates business in California, any purchases made by customers who live in the state of California are subject to state sales tax.
